      Started with a phone interview which included general questions about digital marketing. Second stage was a short test and then an interview for about 30 minutes. The company never contacted me to tell me anything after. I even followed up a couple of times asking to feedback but I was just ignored.

      I completed a a task that took up my whole weekend. I didn’t mind as I’d already met the hiring manager and a colleague and felt really good about the opportunity. Completed the task, ready to go to the final stage only to be told that the job was being relocated elsewhere. Really shocked that a decision like that was taken during the final stages of an interview process. Unprofessional.

      Only did stage 1, a simple phone interview. The interviewer missed the call twice, neither time apologizing (just sent an automated rescheduling email when I followed up). He was late to the call on the third occasion. From the get-go couldn't sound less interested. Monosyllabically responded to my questions. Rudely ended the call with 'I might be in touch'. Awful experience. If this is a reflection of NMPi I am glad we didn't get any further!

Fortunately, we do have a lot of positive feedback for our interview process, but where we do sometimes fall down it's great to hear about it.
