After applying to an online ad through one of the job boards I received a message and quickly set up a phone interview. That went really well and was then invited to a company overview in a group setting. The company overview was like a 30,000 ft view of who they were and how they operated. After seeing the overview I was thoroughly impressed so I began the on boarding process. I filled out all required paperwork and began my training...From there I haven't looked back.
