Was contacted by HR for a phone interview. The second stage was a written assessment which was done in-person on a device provided by the company. This was immediately followed by an in-person interview with the manager.

The first meeting was conducted online and there was a follow up in person discussion. Each meeting took almost 2-2.5hrs. Interviewer asked about relevant experience and background, mainly shared about the business and how it is structured.
