Lengthy interview process. First interview is with a recruiter, second is a mock patient interview with a clinician, and final is a panel interview with several clinicians. Some on the recruitment team are faster than others at responding w/ feedback, instructions.

This includes a mock patient - informal but they give you a scenario and uou say how you’d evaluate and treat. Also has typical background questions - experience with all ages, experience with telemedicine. Very kind.
