Very direct and easy process. I met with two leaders, one of whom was shadowing. I was asked about my clinical expertise and given plenty of time to ask my own questions.

There are 2 phases:
1) recruiter discussion about the company
2) hiring manager interview that provides more information about the clinical side of the practice. A few questions about the candidate’s preferred interventions, cultural competencies , and clinical decision making process. 30 minute meeting.
