Well, first I've been greeted by a recruiter with an initial test on basic C knowledge and networking hardware. She was pretty nice and helpful when the wording of the questions was confusing(she was also pretty knowledgeable about the questions she asked, not just blindly following a test sheet). Afterwards, I passed and got sent to a technical interview with the local tech director; where he tested my logical problem solving skills(which i failed lol), my bash debugging knowledge. Unfortunately there were better candidates so I failed.
