2/3 steps process First HR interview Second step was filling up the tasks (took an hour). Next step was an interview with hiring manager. This hour was spend mostly on reviewing the filled task. Hiring manager didn’t care about experience, just about how many tasks were done within an hour. They informed that they’ll come with feedback within 2 weeks, never got any information, but also didn’t contact them after that time.
