While we don't have a pass or fail typing speed that we look for, our Customer Service Representatives should be comfortable in chats with customers so we do typically have a typing test completed during the process. It also sounds like you prepared well for the process so kudos! We try to give interested candidates everything they need to be successful during the interview so it's great that you took advantage of those tools.
Our Customer Service Department does run on a 24/7 schedule so while we will always try to find a preferred schedule, sometimes we have to staff to business needs.
