I had a truly positive experience during the interview. The conversation was very professional yet warm, and I genuinely appreciated how clearly the interviewers explained the role, expectations, and company culture. They asked insightful questions that reflected a deep understanding of both the industry and the needs of students and families, which also made me reflect more deeply on my own experiences and values.
What stood out to me the most was their structured way of thinking, the respect they showed for education, and the practical but human-centered approach they take in working with students. The interview not only helped me better understand the position, but also strengthened my interest in joining a team that is both mission-driven and highly professional.

Very disappointing interview experience. The interview was scheduled for 12:00 AM in my local time zone in Canada. I joined on time, waited over 25 minutes, and no one showed up or sent any update. For a role that emphasizes communication and client care, this level of scheduling and candidate communication was concerning.
