I went in in asked for an interview after an employee referred me. The first interview was with the 2nd manager then i was asked to have a 2nd interview with the store manager. After the second interview i was told i'd get a call and 3 days later i received a call that i got the job.
The interview process was pretty easy, they wanna make sure you smile and that you can treat customers well. They also look for if you are well groomed and ultimately, if you are someone who can articulate yourself well.

It was pretty good, though they made me wait a bit long. I got in and they asked me about myself and past experiences. They asked about my availability and why would Iw want to work at this company.

it was cool honestly... i enjoyed the whole process of it. they usually just ask simple questions and let you share genuinely. i was dissapointed with the follow up process
