First round was testing on accounting standards.
Second round was having an interview with the department head. Interview experience was horrible and unpleasant. That department head will question you and compare your skills. Overall the entire interview was to embarrass you and low ball your salary. Job Advertisement and what was offered was totally different. Please avoid joining this company, haven’t start the job, employer so toxic af.

First round of interview was okay, there were 2 accounting manager that spoke to me asking about accounting standards. However, for the second interview, I spoke to one of the department head, start comparing of what I did in my own company versus " you probably can't manage the amount of clients in our company". Remuneration is not what was advertised.

The interview consisted of general questions about experience and qualifications. Was asked to do bank reconciliation and ledger checks etc. The interview was conducted by Senior Management and Reporting Manager. The process was really quick as the result was announced in a weeks time and the onboarding was smooth too.
