Applied online and was contacted to schedule an initial phone interview with an hr representative. During the phone interview he gave an overview of the company and the position asked a few initial technical screening questions and said he would be in touch by the end of the week. Had 2 in person interviews with the hr rep and a verity of IT staff, very good interviews with straightforward questions, nothing crazy. They always stuck to the timelines they told me and 2 days after my second interview they offered me the position and I accepted.
