Well when I came into the store I was greeted by a very friendly staff and a gorgeous and clean store. When I was greeted the store manager she had a very professional look and tone. She explained to me how she and her team run the store and that they are a family. She also explained that nobody in the store is more important than another. (Including herself) She explained what all is required of me to help make the store an easy running and organized place for our brides. Was a very easy person to talk to and very honest. She also gave me a tour of the store before I left.
