I was scheduled to have an interview at 10AM but it turned out more to be a recruitment drive than a scheduled interview. I reached 10 minutes early and approached reception and was asked for my resume. I was surprised and understood that this was not a scheduled interview. I decided to wait but after 30 minutes of waiting I left. The two ladies sitting and gossiping at reception had no interest in any candidate of the recruitment process itself. A word of advice to management, if you're looking to hire Senior resources do not ask them to wait for a roll call and then be interviewed while you make them wait for nothing. I cannot think of any smart people (i know) who would endure such a process for a senior role.
