They asked me to prove my leadership credentials based on my resume. This is a inspector role, equivalent to officer in SAF so they need people who can lead the sergeants.
I was interviewed at the public service career fair and it went well. Interviewer was nice and friendly and the overall process went smoothly. I'm still waiting to hear back.
