An external recruiter reached out to me first to discuss my interest and experience. The following week, I had an interview with the hiring manager. The conversation consisted of my knowledge in oncology, interest in the company/role, and my motivation. The next day HR reached out to me for a panel interview that took place in a few days. The 2nd interview was mostly situational and technical questions. The final interview was with the VP which lasted about 30 minutes. Both interviews were scheduled back to back on the same day. I heard back within one week for the job offer!
