Entrevista
Applied on the company website. Received an invitation to do a solo screener interview of 6 questions. Contacted by the hiring manger and has a 1:1 zoom call. The recruiter said is was less of an interview and more chance to ask any questions about the company or about the hiring process. The recruiter said multiple times that I would be a good fit for the position and would have good synergy with the hiring manager. It was heavily implied that an offer would be extended, or at least making it to the next round. At the end of interview, she said she would be in touch with next steps on the following Monday. A week later I sent a follow up email and received a generic rejection email. When I reached out to her asking for feedback I was ghosted.

The first part was an initial phone screener with who would have been my immediate manager, project included a presentation and reflective questions and final interview. Project was reasonable. Large panel during final interview. Had to present a tool during part of final interview.

Entrevista
I was video interviewed and it was held like a "coffee chat" with an executive from the team. After that, I was emailed and said I made it to the next round, can I complete a task in 3 days (including weekend). I submitted the task and heard nothing for a couple days. I emailed to follow up and was told that although my task was great, they had hired someone already.

Entrevista
The initial interview was a screening interview with an outside company via Zoom. The interview was recorded and took about 30 minutes. The recruiter followed up early the next week and set up the second interview for that same week. This interview was with the hiring manager and one of the other PD specialists. I had to present about the product for about 5-7 minutes, and the remainder of the interview consisted of questions, which took about 45 minutes.
