My interview consisted of four stages: 1) Completed an online interview through HireVue (you record yourself answering a series of timed questions). 2) 30 minute phone screen with the recruiter. 3) 30 minute phone screen with the hiring manager (director). 4) In person interview panel on the Illumina San Diego campus. I met with the recruiter first for an overview, had lunch with the hiring manager (director) and interviewed with four additional people within the organization for 45 minutes each. Total time on site was about 5 hours.
