Initial communication was a phone screen interview about 3 weeks after applying for the job. Did not get feedback immediately instead I was told to wait until I hear back to get an interview. Ended up getting an interview to be told the position was only paying $35,000 for a full time hr coordinator requiring experience and degree desirable. Be realistic we live and work in sydney!
