A 10 - 15 minute phone call with a HR team member after I had applied online. I was asked to an interview the next week. This included a 45 -60 minute chat with two team members who used questions on a sheet as a guide. Questions posed were about my professional background and work experience as well as roleplay or 'what if' questions mainly based on customer service. They explained I would hear back by the end of the week. I received a phone call the next day.

Easygoing interview, personable, relaxed environment. The interviewer was clear, patient and very helpful answering questions about the company and what the expectations were. Interview lasted about twenty minutes and was informative.
