The interview was carrried out by two senior managers and it tooks almost one hour. Typical questions about my estudies, prior experience, software skills and languages...Most of them related to soft skills such as managing stressful situations or so, but no though provoking questions. Then, they told me about the role's duties and work conditions. To conclude the interview, one of them showed me aircraft and tooling hangars before saying goodbye. Pretty kind interview, although they didnt inform me I was not successful.
