I applied online, and they got back to me in about a week. I had a phone interview, and they got back to me about three days later with a job test. Within a week of turning in the job test, they told me that they would like to move on with me to onsite. Onsite interview was about 4~5 hours long, and I talked to total of 4 people. It was pretty exhausting. Questions were mixture of behavioral and questions related to the job which were similar to the ones on the job test --no surprises. Later that day, they called me to tell me that I got the job, and that they're putting together an offer letter. The process was overall very quick and pleasant.

3 stages:
1) recruiter
2) senior QA
3) different employees across various teams
Everyone was friendly and professional. As I was not living nearby at the time, they accomodated me by making it a remote interview.

First round with recruiter, assessment, QA Lead, meet the team (DEV, product owner, QA). Was a straightforward, communicative process. Last day was about four-five hours. Whole process was about 2 - 3 weeks.

Applied online, found the job on LinkedIn. They contacted me for a phone interview about a week later and sent an assignment to do right away. Took another week and a half to respond after the assignment to schedule me for an on-site interview. They were very accommodating and everyone was friendly. 3 days before my onsite I received an offer from another company and was on a deadline so I asked if I could move up my onsite interview and they did. I was supposed to meet with multiple people during the onsite but after meeting with the first person (hiring manager) they said it wasn't going to work out and let me go because they knew I had another offer and didn't want to waste my time. The short onsite interview consisted on just talking about the role, past experiences and one technical example/question. I appreciate that everyone was accommodating and nice but was a little thrown off that the onsite ended so quickly, everything up until then was great.
