Round 1: direct interview with the team lead (I suppose)
Round 2: You need to choose a lesson and submit a lesson plan demo
Round 3: demo teaching session

They provide four lesson plans, and you must choose one to fully create and plan. You have 30 minutes to deliver all stages of the lesson. You must also provide formative and summative assessment
