The process was very efficient and transparent. I was given a home assignment to build a small end-to-end system. It took me about 5 hours to complete. After submitting the code, I had a technical deep-dive conversation with the CTO regarding my implementation choices. The process concluded with a final interview with the CEO focusing on cultural fit and the company vision. Overall, a very positive and professional experience.
