The interview was over the phone and at first seamed promising and lasted about 30 minutes. The position that I applied for was as field technical support for Volcan products but the company needed someone for the Midwest and I wanted a position that was in Charlotte. After a second phone interview with the HR representative for that region I was told that the position was being phased in with 3D design and since I had no experience in it, the representative no longer considered me.
