ITW strives for working in a decentralized setting. This allows the management of each business unit to make decisions for opportunities and business growth. Very laid back environment that depends on people who are able to work on their own with little guidance. This taught me to manage my time wisely and offer my personal input. My interview process consisted of a phone interview to review my previous experience and education with HR. I was later asked to come in for a personal interview to review the same, but with production management.

In your previous experience working on a team, was there ever a situation where the people in the group did not agree on an issue? If so, how did you react toward the situation?
Easy they didn’t really ask too many hard questions about your knowledge more about how you act as a team. As long as you’re yourself, you are pretty guaranteed. Got an email and then within a week I got a interview.
it was good and it was just basic questions maybe they had already interviewed somebody else and liked them so they did not call me back and rejected me and before that they sent a assessment to finish

The interview process was enjoyable. I would recommend applying here; people seemed very friendly and helpful. They don’t make it very stressful. They gave great insight on the opportunity at hand.
