I worked with a staffing agency for over a year. When the company was hiring I was one of a handfull picked to become a permanent employee. Then I was given an application to fill out and return. A few days later we had our group orientation and had the benefits explained to us. Finally we were congradulated on becoming a permanent full-time employee.
