Entrevista
The interview involved meeting in-person with the company's MDs, Alex and Martin, and it was one of the most memorable interview experiences I've ever had. They veered away from the generic interview questions and instead did a unique deep-dive into your personality and how you would fit into the company and how the company could work for you. What followed was an interview with the leaders of the magazine in question who were super personable and really interested in you as an individual and your professional goals. Although I withdrew my application, the interview process will stay with me and that says a lot about the people leading the company.

General questions about your background and experience followed by several questions along the lines of:
- What was the last gift you bought someone?
- How many gas stations do you think are in America?
- What do you think the population of America is?
- Do you feel lucky?
Stage 1: HR qualification / Headhunt Stage 2: In-person interview in London Stage 3: Zoom with line manager Stage 4: Presentation with line manager and another HR then work through contractual stage

What is one thing we should be talking about more often as a society?
Professional and on point. The management knows how to hire proffsionally and choose the right candidaes for the possitions required in different departments. That is how i would rate it.
