I applied for a Sales position in Hamburg, a few days later their HR got in touch with me to tell me it was no longer available but that they were interested in interviewing me for the Junior IT Project Manager position. I agreed to have the interview since I had some experience in the area, but let them know it was not my main career focus. After a successful interview with the Business Development & Marketing Lead and a Senior IT Project Manager, which seemed both very nice and interested, I was invited for a second interview involving HR. They canceled the second interview via SMS, ONE HOUR before it was supposed to take place and never re-scheduled as promised. I tried to get in touch with them several times for some weeks with no response. This has been the most disrespectful professional experience I ever had. A simple message acknowledging my questions would have been enough to close the topic, but they instead went the "Corporate Ghosting" way. This was about 9 months ago, I never heard back from them. I can't believe this actually happened.
