A technical interview based more on previous experience, and a second one more HR-ish. They give you the idea that every member joined was an intern and after six months they will get a full-time job if everything works out. What they don`t say at the beginning, and they are very shocked that you asked, is that the internship is free-paid for six months. It looks like a joke in 2023, unfortunately.
