The whole process went by pretty fast and wasn't that difficult. I applied through my universities career website and submitted my resume. We first had a meet and greet with campus recruiters at a local bar where we could get to know them/ask questions about ISN. The next day was on campus interviews that lasted about 20 minutes. It was mostly an interview to gauge you personality to see if you would fit in with the company. Be sure to bring questions prepared to ask them. A few days later they informed me I was selected to go to Dallas to do the in-house recruiting. The first night there was a tour and cocktail party where you met a talked to a lot of employees there. Be sure to not be shy and go talk to as many people as you can. They are all very nice. The next day was a four step interview process. It started out with a presentation about the company and how it works. Next was speed dating interviews with about 5 higher up employees that lasted about 8 minutes. Bring questions for this too. You also get to meet the CEO in this portion as well. Have a question ask him. Next was a question panel with about 6 or 7 employees and about 25-30 of interviewees. Bring a couple of good questions to ask them. Lastly was a short 1-2 minute presentation you had to give in front of about 4 employees on a topic they give in an email several days before. You will have 8 minutes to prepare for your presentation. Don't be nervous on this part, it's very short and is more conversational and to see if if you can speak well rather than about the content. The overall process was fast paced and exciting, and they get back to you very quick. They mostly want people who fit their company personality which is competitive, young, and a willingness to learn and succeed.
