1) Met the recruiter in the virtual job-fair, shared my background, and then applied for the role online.
2) Received an invite for the first interview. It was a call with one of the Lead Software Engineer at ISN. Question based on implementing a feature in given application, and follow up questions based on it.
3)Invited for the day-long second round , interview with the panel of 3 (Technical + Behavioral)
One of the most amazing and fun interview process.

Entrevista
I was contacted by a recruiting firm for a awesome job here at ISN. They told me, they cannot submit me to them unless they check my technical standing by a third party interview company on Microsoft Technologies, like C# and ASP.NET and MVC.
I agreed, two days later, a guy called me and started throwing core .NET questions. I was able to answer almost all of them . The feedback came out positive and the recruiting firm called me onsite. I arrived their office and over there they handed me an exam with lots of programming questions and logic. I was able to complete that exam quickly, as i know i am good at coding.
Two days later i was called again by the recruiting firm that they have sent in all the info to ISN and i should expect a face 2 face. I was excited, that it will be just personality check interview and i am done with technical grinding.
As expected few weeks later i was contacted and we scheduled a time for my face 2 face..
As soon i reached their office i was taken into a meeting room. The recruiter was suppose to monitor the entire interview process and will sit with me during the interview process. That was kind of strange.
So here it goes. Two people, showed up for the first round. They grilled me for 1.5 hours extreme technical and managerial questions. I was able to answer almost all of the questions correctly. I say this because they were nodding their heads in yes when i was answering.
Next, 2 more people came and started throwing technical questions on me, for next 2 hours. They tried their best to knock me down, but i know my work and i was able to handle them properly. Recruiter was watching all of this and at the end of second round he applauded me for my awesome responses.
Next, 1 person came into the room and he interviewed me for 1 hour. Full technical questions, almost same questions as the previous guys have asked. I was able to satisfy him. He seemed very positive with my skills.
Me and my recruiter left the company at about 8 PM in the evening. I was told by him that they should for sure contact me as i did really well.
Almost 2 months no contact not even a rejection or not interested response. I am very disappointed. I work as a contractor and i had to leave my job on the day of interview and i lost my salary for that day plus gas and time. They are very rude and very stupid hiring process.
They don't even know where they are going. No business acumen. incompetent people.

Stupid questions on SQL. No straight forward questions. Wrong Technical Questions.
Why you want to quit your current job ?
I advise them to at least correct their technical questions or at least review them within the team before throwing them at the interview.
