Applied online. Was contacted by recruiter. First round was quickly scheduled. Went well. Next round was with another associate director who wanted another opinion. Then again the third round with a director who went in depth of the resume line by line. I thought the discussion went well but the feedback was opposite. There were moments of lull when no inputs were provided for weeks. I had to reach out to the recruiter to get the input.
