Pretty basic interview process. In the first round, I was interviewed by the Director of Operations. We went over my resume and he asked about my work history and talked to me about open positions. He also asked me what I'd be interested in doing. Second round was with the Pipe Stress Team Manager and it went the same way. We went over my resume. Not really any technical questions.

An absolute mess of an Interview. When I got there I was told I was 1 hour too early, despite showing up at the interview at the scheduled time. As a result, I was just left talking to the hiring manager, waiting for the interview to start.
The Hiring Manager had a lot of technical difficulties getting ahold of the management team who was supposed to interview me since they were out of state for the interview. As a result, they just got their local managers to interview me. The whole process felt so unorganized and I left questioning the professionalism of the company.
