Folks need to run away from the company. I applied online. The first interview consisted of a phone interview by their HR person. The next interview consisted three senior staff members. they asked about my past experience. I had to go to their Fremont, CA, office during a pandemic. People were wearing face masks. I was told the firm was expanding and had plenty of work in the pipeline. I waited over 6 weeks and heard nothing back. So I followed up with the Hiring Manager. Guess what? The Office had no work to speak of. The firm lied about having work. I wasted my time. I can only imagine how their firm is managed if this interview was any indication. I was asked about their office in Seattle. I was ghosted when I asked whether I would need to interview again. I would advise people not to because they will lie about work to your face. The firm interviews people for fake jobs. When you add the pandemic in the mix, you get the impression the firm does not care about their candidates. I can only imagine how they treat their customers. People should not waste their time interviewing with this firm. Basically, I heard nothing back from the hiring manager.
