Phone call originally to set up an interview. I was told that when the actual phone interview happened there would be about 4 or 5 people on the call and they could not give me any further information regarding the interview until it was happening. They called a half hour earlier and said they knew they were calling earlier and asked if it was ok or did they need to call back. I was okay with it.

There were a lot of questions such as have you ever been put in a particular situation and how did you resolve it. Some of the situations were a disgruntled customer, a uncooperative co worker, a manager or direct authority figure etc.
