Had a 20 minute interview with the recruiter, then 3x 45 minute interviews with different members of the team, was asked to take an excel test and then was completely ghosted. This is very unprofessional behavior IMO- those interviews took a lot of time and effort to have no follow up. I turned down another position waiting to hear back from Circana because they were my first choice, I would not count on courtesy from this company.

Shockingly unprofessional experience with IRI.
The interview was straightforward and simple. I interviewed over the phone with a consultant and a principal from IRI, followed by an in-person interview with three people on the client side. I received an offer comprised of mainly base pay with very little bonus incentives.
Here's where IRI turned unprofessional. I negotiated my offer and put forward a higher base salary to my recruiter. The recruiter responded with laughter and said that the salary I was asking for is outlandish for someone with my length of experience. I declined the offer and instead accepted a role with another company making significantly more salary. Don't sell yourself short to IRI.

I had a 30 minute interview with a manager that went well it was very conversational. I had a second interview with that same manager and another person and the manager decided to play bad cop. He was extremely rude and dismissive. After the interview I never heard anything but I would have declined because as a former manager myself I’d never speak to someone that way.

30 minute phone interview, followed by an excel proficiency test, an interview with the hiring manager and two one hour panel interviews. At each stage of the process I asked about a decision date and hiring date and at each stage I was told that no one really knew what the hiring plans were. I made it through each round and was told I’d hear back in 2 weeks. I followed up twice and never heard back. I would not recommend interviewing with this company, it was for me, not a good use of my time.
