Het interview was online met het maken van on-demand videos, waarbij 5 van de 7 vragen een tijdlimiet hadden voor voorbereiding (1-2 min) en beantwoording (1-2 min). De preparatie voor de andere 2 vragen konden langer duren en de video's opnieuw konden worden opgenomen. Helaas is het moeilijk om contact op te nemen met de recruiter tijdens het proces. De uitkomst van het gesprek werd niet openlijk gecommuniceerd, de sollicitatiestatus op het carrièreportaal werd gewoon inactief.

When I applied, I didn't realize the interview would be conducted online. It wasn't stated in the application. It seems typical for corporate these days. I received the invitation for an online "interview" after submitting my application. Unfortunately, the instructions for the online part were not specific. How long it would take. I wasn't sure if I had to complete a test, record myself, or do both. Before starting, I was informed that my recordings would be assessed by AI. Most questions only allowed single recording, the last question - unlimited retake. I received a cold rejection after several days. I suppose their algorithm doesn't like my answers, accent or facial features.
