The first step of my interview was a 15 minute call with an in-house recruiter. After this, I had a 30 minute phone call with my direct manager to discuss my resume and the job specifics. Finally, I had a one hour panel interview with the manager and three team leads. After this, the recruiter sent me an offer.

Entrevista
I had the initial phone interview with the recruiter, and it went very well. I was advised during the screening, the hiring manager already was interested in moving forward with an actual interview. I was advised to expect a email with the the date time after providing my availability, and the email never came. I understand it’s possible to have decided on a candidate previously interviewed, but I also believe some sort of communication should have been given if business needs changed or position filled. It’s very unprofessional to ghost potential hires when you’ve told them they’re moving forward in the process.
