I got the call through a recruitment agency. The interview process covered two Technical rounds.. one HR round. I had to wait long for my initial discussion. But other fell into place with around 20 mins wait time. First one, I had intensive discussion about my experience and expertise, and there was certain real life problem to solve. Second round was little more higher level. It was very cordial. During HR round all negotiations happened.
