Worst recruitment process ever. They have "on-demand" interviews where you send videos answering to some questions they give you. You never have the chance to talk to a human. Also you need to agree that they will keep your data, image, audio and video for few years and will use it to deploy and train their AI tools. So you are working for free even before they even show their face.
