I initially interviewed with the hiring manager and then was asked to join a panel interview with the hiring manager, the department director, and several peer managers. I was asked to prepare a presentation on my 30-60-90 day plan should I be hired, as well as pitch a process improvement initiative I would bring to the department and my plan for implementing it.

I was asked about the attributes I seek in a peer manager/colleague.
Internal applicant. Quickly offered interview after applying. Video interviewed by two Associate Directors for one hour. Interview was of average difficulty and included open ended amh hypothetical questions. Received/accepted offer a couple of weeks later.
