Video interview is mostly used, where we want to see how the candidates behaviour. There is clear guideline on how the interview should go and the aim to assess how the candidates can defend their experience and demonstrate competence in the role they are applying.

Entrevista
Good and short process. Very professionel and kind people who makes it a confirtable conversation. I had multiple interviews before landing a job there and I questioned this. They told me that they wanted to find the best role for me there where I would fit and be happy with. That made me feel heard and secure.
Interviews with hiring manager, Group HR, and CEO. Overall good experience, everyone was friendly. They did not oversell the position, and instead explained the difficulties as well to paint a realistic picture of the role.

Entrevista
Just got the first interview with HR personnel. It took them a while to respond back and forth and communication was not as expected. Though the person was kind and clear with intentions.
