I had 2 phone interviews with a Quintiles Sales Manager. After my 2nd interview, I had a face to face interview with the Sales Manager who I would be working for. The process took about a month and a half.

They asked specific questions about situations that I faced as a sales rep in my prior jobs. They also wanted to know about my hobbies and what I did before getting into the work force. The questions were not very difficult, as they were repetitive for more sales positions. Come prepared with stories to tell and you should do fine.
