30 Minute - Case - Quant Based, All information provided upfront on slides so that probing questions aren't required, - review key cost/revenue driver, practice pulling information from charts and tables.
30 Minute - Behavioural- Typical questions (strengths/weaknesses, 5-year plan, why IMS?). Prepare an example of an analytical project with in-depth knowledge of procedure used.
Interviewer was pleasant and welcoming.

On-demand video assessment interview where you record your response -> Math&Logistics test -> case interview with a consultant (not a typical case; this is more focused on math and calculation)
Two rounds of interviews, 1 with a leader and other with a panel of managers. Ended with one case study, which was then presented to a panel of interviewers. It was a quick and fluid process.

What does the Canadian market access pathway look like?
HR reach out for a comprehensive call interview. Then I had a case interview with a manager and then after that is another one with partner. Discussion with partner can be diverse, from casing to behaviour.
