Recruitment process in Poland
The recruiter proposed participation in a process for a different and much lower position than I was applying for forcing that the application was sent to this position (but it was not). They even didn't say sorry for their mistake and general mess. Besides recruiter was late and postponed the meeting the day before, directly before the interview. Besides that recruiter has no idea who is on the other side, what kind of experience she is looking for and how to link it with a candidate.

The interviewer very respectful and easy going. The questions was straightforward and I answered all of them. And we were chatting about the business and the job expectations and it was positive discussion

A phone call to coordinate the possible time slots before the interview, then multiple options was offered and the best was selected. It was face to face. It was approximately 30-45 min where a healthy discussion took place
