So be confident and prove your talent to them during the interview time. 1. HR Telephonic Interview (Experience, Interests, Technologies worked) 2. AMCAT exam ( English, Reasoning, Logical ability, 2 Programs in any programming language) After 2 days, HR contacted once cleared the online test and scheduled a Technical interview on the next day. 3. Technical Interview ( Java Developer) - Basic core java questions The Interview was very relaxing and Interviewer was very cool. HR contacted on same day and scheduled a Managerial Interview on the same day. 4. Managerial Interview - About project, Their expectations, Technologies, Future, Notice Period ..etc 5. HR Interview - About overall valid experience, Project, Salary expectations ..etc 6. Document verification 7. Offer Acceptance

Was called at 12:00 pm at Noida office in Advant by a consulting firm. Waited for 2.5 hours and then was called for the interview(F2F). Interviewer tried to confuse even if we know the concept.
