IQVIA just hands out the requirements to a lot of third party recruitment agencies(8-9 agencies aggressively contacted me). Due to this there were around 100 people who appeared for the interview - no shortlisting of profiles done. Even though the interview was scheduled at 11, everybody waited till 2 PM and then they were called for lunch. Finally after complaining I was called for the interview. Interview was technofunctional - I answered almost all the questions( 2 questions based on solutioning and few technical scenarios). I was then told that there will be a SKYPE interview due to the huge number of applicants next week. But this never took place. So in short my half a days time and effort along with the high cab charges 700+600 was wasted. I would've been glad if I had a bad interview as i could've seen where I could have improved. But with an exceptionally good interview if you dont get called after being promised a second round, then it sends out a very bad message about how you treat your resources.
