First Round: Telephonic Second Round: Technical Interview 1 Third Round: Technical Interview 2 This company follows good hiring process. In the first round I went through a telephonic interview, it was like a candidate screening and later two rounds were technical rounds. First technical round was with senior QA and QA lead, and the final round was with manager and director.

Its was 4 rounds if interview n 2016 , first two were technicals third was managerial and last one was HR round. I am not sure after pandemic what is the process.

1. Technical Round - Started from basics and then went to advanced. Took almost an hr. 2. Manager Round - Most toughest round. Sr Manager will check your attitude, management skills, etc. 3. HR Round - Was easy. Basically checks your background and then salary negotiation happens.
