I don't wanna be rude. But I have to say it was a very DISGRACEFUL interview day at their office.
1. They tested your soft skills during the lunch, ALTHOUGH they told you that lunch will NOT be taken into credits in the morning introduction section.
One of my feedbacks given was that I haven’t showed my communication skills as well as my interest in their company during the lunch. I understand that some consulting firm will use these dinner or lunch as part of the evaluation process, but since they have stated that lunch will not be taken into consideration when making decisions. Giving misleading information, and even lying to candidates, shows no transparency at all.
2. They showed no manner during the lunch, used it just as a routine process of interview.
They did not even allow me to finish my food. I was told to go back to interview room with still one sandwich and one steak in my plate unfinished. Reason for that was that their team needed the pantry to discuss.
During the lunch, I was surrounded by 4-5 their colleagues, asking questions like, why consulting? why Munich? why working in Germany? why pharma industry? – Really uncomfortable lunch I have to say. I was busy answering their questions, and was subsequently told that “I showed no interest in their company”.
3. The feedbacks were superficial and slighted-over.
80% of feedbacks regarding my case study were inaccurate or even incorrect. Seems that they haven’t stayed concentrated during me illustrating my cases.
I understand that companies are always looking for the most proper candidate for a position given the limited headcount. I also understand that decisions of rejections should always be made, no matter in which kind of manner. But please, use a graceful and decent manner.

the shl questionare was quite different than anything i was used too tbh not sure if a lot of it was relevent to the role (or what I thought based on job description)
